Everything makes a difference whether or not you intended it to be or not to be for every action has a consequence, and even if it is a small consequence, it will end up turning into a massive setback for you and deliver whatever justice it shall give you for your injustice. Not make a difference? That is very unlikely and you will make a difference no matter where you go or what you do, it's unavoidable. I can be living in the arctic and still make a difference to this world even if I'm miles away from any civilization. Do not mock the fact that the difference here that you see is small, for it will change lives and will most certainly change mine, and influence mine evermore for as long as I bother to type out these messages attempting to reason with anyone willing to argue their point.

Perfect World

Well, in my search for some free MMOs or what ever they are called, I came across this game Perfect World International (PWI). Looking to install it and find out their “tank” class, it happens to be a beast/animal race called The Untamed. Ok not bad. I can customize the character a lot of different ways and the game play was very smooth. I didn’t think my 1.8 ghz could handle it, but it worked out rather well.

With my inexperience with these types of games and EE being my first and only game like this, it’s all I have to compare things too. PWI is very new user, unfriendly. As EE had a starting island that walked you through the basics, attacking, skills, and the like, this just tosses you into the fray. Being different is one thing, but having to press keys whos letter doesn’t match with the menu, like inventory is “B” and W in the chat window is World chat and Whisper has no Key to choose from that I can determine.

I cant r-click on anything and when I clicked on someone to try to open an option window to whisper to them, I attacked them. There is no level status to determine what level people are so I have no Idea if I was talking to a veteran or someone as new as me.

As from my race class, the Barbarian Untamed are pandas, wolves, lions and Tigers. Ohing is, Only Males. The female Untamed are all Neko’s with tails…that’s a Neko right? I don’t understand that.

The game is very chat groupy There is no exit menu via a button. I’m serious. It took me a day to find someone who would respond to me to my question in game, then like a gift this one person helps me out and he even gave me a ton of in game coins on the promise when I find someone in the same situation.

So far I have no drive to go back into the game. There is something to be said to a game where level 3 baddies are walking next to level 44 baddies. Sure there was some of that by Ironstone in ….what was that place with the castle?....but in PWI this is right out of where you start. There is something to be said where everyone starts with the ability to go everywhere.

The skill lists are also, eh. Again it shows everything accessible and the only way you can know if you can learn it is if you go to a sage/teacher and they, well, teach you the skill.

Sighs…its no EE

Try out Runes of Magic. That's where I went. Although it too is not as user friendly as EE was, once you figure it out, its a walk in the park compared to what I saw with PWI.

You can right click left click up click down click and customize everything with addons. This is what I play as.

I like the big, flowing tail. It looks awesome!

I think Jack failed to mention that the reason he looks like that is due to a cash shop investment or something like that.

Actually, I won it during the Halloween event.

Okay, a Halloween event, whatever.

Still means that you can't play as a wolf normally.
